Signature Associates (248-948-9000) has been named the exclusive leasing agent for the following properties throughout MI: a 1,736 sq.ft. store on East Grand River Avenue in Lansing; 6,865 sq.ft. on John R Road in Madison Heights and 90,484 sq.ft. of retail space on South Steele Street in Ionia.
