The athletic clubs occupy spaces of 3,500 sq.ft. to 10,000 sq.ft. in power and strip centers, malls as well as downtown/urban and freestanding locations. The company operates 100 locations throughout NY.

Signature Associates (248-359-3832) was named the exclusive broker to sell 70,100 sq.ft. of retail space on Gratiot Boulevard in Marysville, MI.

Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (301-231-4877 Ext. 33) is representing Fractured Prune-The Donut Shoppe with its expansion needs throughout Montgomery County, MD and northwest Washington, DC. The doughnut bakeries occupy spaces of 800 sq.ft. to 1,300 sq.ft. in sites with ample parking spaces. The company is also representing Popeye’s Chicken & Biscuits with its expansion needs throughout the Richmond, VA metropolitan area. The fried chicken restaurants operate 1,845 locations nationwide and Puerto Rico, Guam and internationally.
