SCI Real Estate Investments acquired the north side of ITC Crossing shopping center, located in Mt. Olive, NJ, in a $20.8 million purchase from AIG Baker. The sale encompasses two buildings totaling 179,775 sq.ft. The company previously acquired the 372,789 sq.ft. south side of ITC Crossing for $64.3 million in October 2006.
